35. Are you aware that after a year long investigation, Consumer Reports concludes that 89 percent of people under 65 who look for individual insurance do not buy it because it is too costly. Consumer Reports explained that the nature of health insurance is that the only people profitably to insure are those who are healthy. (Ibid.) 37. Would you agree that there is a paradox here-the people who don't need insurance can easily get it, but the people who need insurance find it difficult to get? 38. Consumer Reports concludes that finding private insurance can be a "daunting" challenge for any adult who hopes to retire early, loses a job, is self-employed, or has an adult child leaving a group plan. (Ibid.) 39. Can you envision yourself (or a loved one) in one of these difficult to insure categories and, thereby, become vulnerable to not finding affordable insurance?
